New Passenger Terminal was launched in SILPORT on August 11, 2006.
The Passenger Terminal is located in the western part of SILPORT, in the vicinity of Sillamäe town. Hence, the tourists arriving at SILPORT can easily commute to Sillamäe town by public transport or on foot. The Terminal is dedicated for servicing arriving as well as departing travellers and different means of transportation. The 2-storey Terminal building accommodates representative office of shipping company Narva Line Ltd. (ferry connection Sillamäe – Kotka), border guards and customs officers for non-EU travellers, café and other facilities.
Today, the Terminal services a regular ferry connection Sillamäe – Kotka, however, it has extra capacity for additional traffic of passengers and vehicles.
Investments into Passenger Terminal construction amounted app. 10 m kroons.
